There is a start for everything or action, the first step you take towards achieving something. A point where thoughts come to mind about anything and then processing it further and then all the actions to make things practical.

It all needs a lot of mental space of thinking to process this. There would be many things that will come to your mind. Some of them are Fear and lack of motivation.

You can motivate yourself by thinking and bringing some experiences from the past of yourself or others that you have seen.
If you have experienced something bad you can think that you have made through that already and you will also make it through it now.
If you have thought to make changes and thought of taking the first step then push forward yourself to make it change.
If we think about it, is it doable or not or it’s not possible to do. In this case, we can think that the world was not like this always it progressed gradually.
In past, most people couldn’t even think of the things that exist now. These technologies and marvelous wonders of engineering all things could happen only if you think out of the box.
Everything is possible if you go with a positive mind and confidence you may face failures at the start for sometimes but you will always be learning from those failures.

Start by making your mind that you have to do it. And even if you are lazy, lack motivation, or out focused and fear of failure, if you have the urge to achieve and positivity you will get it.
Try to look for opportunities, keep reminding yourself to achieve the goal put a checkmark on yourself to improve.
